Wash The LZ is a company with 4 years of experience. We provide a pressure wash, soft wash, and wood restoration service. We serve commercial and residential properties. We use custom cleaning solutions specialized for each “Landing Zone”.
Soft Wash
This is a process in which low pressure is used on sensitive surfaces such as vinyl, painted metals, gutters, or even as robust as a stone wall. Wash The LZ has many systems to ensure the safety of your property to maintain the integrity of your home and ensure it is left cleaner and healthier than when we arrived.
Pressure Wash
A more aggressive washing strategy using high pressure to remove and treat dirt, organic growth, or chemical stains on concrete. To ensure that no damage is done by the use of the high pressure, certain tips are selected by calculations of different variables.
Wood Renewal
This service is one we are most proud of, and we continue to improve on. We will not leave streaks, cracks, or damage the wood with the use of high pressure. This is a multi-step process that requires a lot of attention. From dirty and moldy, to clean and bright, you won’t want to miss out on this.
Gutter Cleanout
We have specialized equipment and fittings to perfect the art of removing and cleaning debris from gutters; inside and out. The last step of our process would ensure the downspouts are clear so that when we leave everything will be flowing the correct way. We also have a gutter brightening service. Each gutter and paint on them is different making some jobs harder than the other. With our experience we can assure that your gutters will look brand new!
Plant and Property Protection
Your Landing Zone has many layers and one of those is the plant and wildlife. We take many steps in making sure your property is protected. From before during and after measures to chemical neutralizers for your sensitive plants, we take the time and care you deserve. We also walk around the property and tape off all outside outlets, key holes, and other sensitive areas to ensure our water and chemicals do not damage your investment.
